Our client, a Training Company is looking to hire a Sales and Marketing officer. The holder of this position shall ensures there is a robust pipeline of institutional Clients by leading active and consistent research and qualification efforts.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Market and Sales Strategies
- Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate services
- Carry out targeted aggressive marketing activities in order to increase demand for our training programs.
- Identify and report on business opportunities to raise the company’s market share
- Ensure monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets are achieved
- Support in regular postings on social media platforms
- Any Other business development assignments that might be allocated to you
Desired Qualifications and attributes:
- Must have integrity
- A degree or diploma in related field
- At least 3 years experience in marketing in a service industry or consultancy firm
- Excellent marketing skills
- Experience in marketing and selling training programs will be an added advantage.
- A self starter
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to follow through leads
- Proactive attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Excellent in communication.
